Additionally, it selects the chairperson and members of the Board of Directors. The board also reviews performance reports and financial statements, approves the annual budget, and appoints an auditor. The Board of Trustees has the right to oversee the work of the Board of Directors and hold it accountable, as well as to approve the establishment of branches or dissolve the foundation in accordance
