The foundation continues to be accredited under the registration number:<a href=\"https:\/\/transparency-register.europa.eu\/search-register-or-update\/organisation-detail_en?id=070131099943-63\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> 63-070131099943-63.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Transparency Register is one of the European Union&#8217;s leading official platforms, bringing together entities and organizations participating in dialogues on public policy. It aims to promote the principles of transparency, openness, and accountability in relations with EU institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The continuation of the foundation\u2019s registration underscores its commitment to operating in accordance with international best practices. It further strengthens its presence in digital transformation initiatives and dialogues, contributing to Libya\u2019s representation in relevant regional and international discussions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The foundation continues to monitor and engage with a number of European policies and legislations related to digital transformation, most notably:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> \u2022 The European AI Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> \u2022 The Digital Services Act (<strong>DSA<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> \u2022 The Data Governance Act<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">. \u2022 The European Cybersecurity Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> \u2022 EU international digital cooperation initiatives, primarily Global Gateway and the<strong> Digital for Development (D4D Hub).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Furthermore, the LTF organizes initiatives and dialogues based on digital governance principles, including the<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/technology.ly\/en\/ngo_projects\/igf\/\"> Information Technology Governance Forum<\/a><\/strong> in Libya. It also conducts awareness events and specialized discussions on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, open data, and the ethics of emerging technologies. Additionally, it develops multilingual knowledge and awareness resources in data protection, digital safety, and the responsible use of modern technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This international presence is an extension of the foundation\u2019s role in supporting digital transformation and building technical capacities in Libya through its various programs and initiatives.
