The Libyan Information and Communications Technology Organization provides the following services for free with support from Google and Microsoft: 

• Helping well-known, legal and active civil society organizations in Libyan society, obtain Microsoft 365 cloud services and applications for free, for a few up to 300 accounts. 

• Helping public and private schools obtain sch domain names and facilitating access to Google services for education spaces with an unlimited number of students and capacities, for all Libyan students. 

• Helping higher institutes and technical colleges obtain edu domain names, and facilitating access to Google services for education spaces, with an unlimited number of students and capacities, for all members of the institutes and colleges. 

• Helping universities in general, and those that comply with the procedures of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in obtaining edu domain names, and facilitating access to Google services for education spaces, with an unlimited number of students and capacities, for all students enrolled in the study.
