    Cybercrime Law Review

    | ,

The Libyan Organization for Information Technology and Telecommunications invites you to review the Anti-Cybercrime Law No. 5 of 2022, issued by the Libyan House of Representatives on 9/27/2022.

It is an opportunity for jurists, technicians, auditors, and specialists to participate and contribute with us by proposing amendments, correcting, or clarifying technical, procedural, or legal errors that may be contained in the articles of the Anti-Cybercrime Law.

The organization will collect your amendments and comments in the articles separately, and then transfer them to the Al-Itqan Legal Consultation Office and the organization’s legal advisors, who are entrusted with submitting these comments, proposals and amendments to the Constitutional Court.

This will be done by sending a link containing the form designated for writing amendments, appeals, or explanations, and this is after writing to us with a request for participation, technical background, experience, or the ability to contribute to adding amendments.

The deadline for reviewing and receiving the materials is Wednesday 10-5-2022 at 11:59 pm, and the memorandum will be sent to the Constitutional Chamber for consideration.

To participate, please send us an email
