Yesterday, Saturday, January 24, 2026, the annual meeting of the Board of Trustees, members, administrators, and staff of the Foundation was convened—marking a significant milestone that once again affirmed the strength of the institutional framework and the clarity of vision adopted by the Foundation in managing its affairs and steering its future aspirations.

The meeting included a review of the 2025 Annual Activity Report, highlighting the most notable milestones and qualitative achievements accomplished during the past period. The Chairman of the Board of Directors was also briefed on the recent campaign, presenting its legal, technical, financial, and procedural aspects, as well as the strength of the Foundation’s position in carrying out its work. This took place in the presence of observers from the Civil Society Commission, at the request of the Foundation.

The consolidated financial statements for the year 2025 were presented and discussed in depth by the members, then approved, with the attendance and briefing of the external legal auditor to the Board of Trustees—reinforcing the principles of transparency and financial stability, and entrenching the foundations of sustainable growth.

The meeting was not limited to evaluating past performance; it also served as a platform for shaping the next phase, during which the following took place:

• Informing members of the operational plan for the current year.
• Approving the financial statements, operational budget, and projects.
• Approving amendments to the Articles of Association.
• Reviewing a package of new projects and initiatives planned for implementation.
• Aligning directions with the overall vision and strategic objectives of the Foundation, ensuring the maximization of institutional and societal impact.

This meeting embodies a renewed commitment to a sustainable planning approach, the strength and resilience of the Foundation’s team, and their determination to achieve objectives. It also reaffirms the Foundation’s conviction that continuous development and the integration of efforts are the two fundamental pillars for fulfilling its mission and goals, and for moving forward with confidence toward broader horizons of impact and excellence.
