As part of the fifth edition of the internship Programme, implemented by the Libyan Technology Foundation , trainees took part in a field visit to the National Information Security and Safety Authority, where they gained first-hand insight into the Authority’s work and its roles in information security and cybersecurity.

During the visit, the Authority’s team introduced the trainees to its institutional and technical working environment, as well as the responsibilities and functions of its teams in the fields of information security and cybersecurity.

The visit provided trainees with an opportunity to deepen their understanding of information security and cybersecurity and explore a specialized working environment, helping them connect the theoretical knowledge gained during their training with practical applications and professional practices.

The visit forms part of the programme’s field-based learning activities, designed to expose trainees to different professional environments and technical fields while providing opportunities to engage with specialists and learn from practical experience.

Libyan Technology Foundation extends its appreciation to the team at the National Information Security and Safety Authority for their warm welcome and for sharing their experience with the trainees.
