    The Fourth Issue of “Digital Compass” Magazine

    The Cybercrime Department of the Criminal Investigation Agency has completed the release of the fourth issue of the second year of “Digital Compass” magazine, under the supervision of the Head of the Agency, Major General Mahmoud Ashour Al-Ajili. This comes as part of the agency’s efforts to support scientific research and keep pace with rapid developments in the digital field.

    This issue focuses on digital economy topics, representing a qualitative shift at the level of security institutions by dedicating a scientific publication to discussing the legal and security dimensions associated with the virtual world and modern technological transformations.

    The new edition reflects the Criminal Investigation Agency’s direction toward enhancing specialized knowledge and promoting digital legal culture. The magazine continues to establish itself as an academic scientific platform that brings together legal, judicial, and cybersecurity perspectives, contributing to professional dialogue on the challenges of cybercrime.

    The release of this issue is part of the agency’s efforts to strengthen integration between security work and the academic track, supporting institutional development and fostering a more aware and secure digital environment.

    The Foundation contributed to the implementation of this issue in cooperation with the Criminal Research Office.

    This collaboration reflects the importance of integrating roles between security entities and the civil tech community, representing a pioneering step toward localizing digital knowledge and building specialized national content that serves all segments of Libyan society.
