The First Board of Directors Meeting for This Year
The Libyan Technology Foundation held its first Board of Directors meeting for the year 2026 as part of its efforts to strengthen institutional governance and organize work pathways for the upcoming phase, and in implementation of the decisions of the Board of Trustees.
The meeting addressed the clarification of the Board’s roles and responsibilities for the coming period, highlighted key projects, discussed proposed plans, reviewed ongoing work and priorities, and followed up on financial and administrative updates. In addition, a number of relevant policies and organizational regulations were reviewed and studied.
This meeting comes within the framework of the Foundation’s ongoing efforts to promote the principles of transparency and institutional work, activate the role of the Board, and enhance integration between administrative and organizational structures, in support of its national mission in the fields of technology and digital transformation.
