In a strategic move aimed at supporting governance and modernizing the oversight system, the Libyan Technology Foundation signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Libyan Audit Bureau to establish the foundations of joint cooperation in the fields of digital transformation, capacity building, and the development of innovative technological tools.

This memorandum comes within the framework of the shared vision between the two parties regarding the importance of equipping oversight institutions with modern technological solutions that enable them to carry out their tasks efficiently and transparently. The agreement aims to achieve a set of key objectives, most notably:

• Supporting Digital Transformation: Assisting the Audit Bureau in its journey toward full digitization of its operations.
• Developing Technological Tools: Working on the development of innovative solutions that support governance, transparency, and smart auditing.
• Knowledge Exchange: Enhancing cooperation in the fields of data management, information security, and the implementation of best technological practices.
• Capacity Building: Implementing joint training programs to qualify technical and administrative teams in both institutions.

This collaboration is an important step in the Libyan Technology Foundation’s vision to strengthen national partnerships with regulatory and executive bodies and actively contribute to building an integrated national digital system that serves Libya’s development and sustainability goals.
