    The seventh Cabinet meeting of the Government of National Unity, held on September 27, 2021, approved the proposal of the Libyan Organization for Information and Communications Technology to adopt the general policy for enhanced email from the General Authority for Information. The proposal was prepared and reviewed by many experts and specialists, public bodies, and local banks. Some telecommunications companies, international bodies and organizations, and more than 70 long-standing and independent entities and institutions, including: 

    • Internal Society. 
    • General Authority for Information. 
    • Libyan Spider Company. 
    • Central Bank of Libya. 
    • Almadar Aljadeed
    • Libyan Post, Telecommunications and Information Technology Holding Company for Telecommunications. 
    • General Authority for Communications and Informatics. 
    • General Authority for Information Security and Safety 
    • Masarat Information Technology and Electronic Financial Services Joint Stock Company. 
    • Sadeem Technology Company. 
    • Economy salon. 
    • ABC Bank. 
    • Modern Technology Systems Company.
