Week Three of the Professional Training Program – Fifth Edition
During this week, program trainees continued to deepen their understanding of Microsoft 365 tools, while also focusing on an equally important aspect: the skills required in the job market.
Continuing the Microsoft 365 Track
The week featured an in-depth exploration of advanced tools, including:
- Microsoft Power BI: An introduction to the fundamentals of data analysis and the creation of reports and dashboards, delivered by program graduate Dania Al-Takbali.
- Microsoft Power Automate: Understanding the concept of process automation and application integration to streamline workflows, with Mr. Hamed Al-Houni.
Collaborative Learning
This week emphasized a participatory learning approach, where each trainee selected a new Microsoft 365 application or feature, researched it, and presented it to fellow trainees. This contributed to developing presentation, research, and teamwork skills.
Skills Workshop
A dedicated workshop was held on the importance of skills in the job market, highlighting the most in-demand skills today—both technical skills and soft skills, which are essential elements for professional success.
A third week focused on deep understanding, collaboration, and building a solid professional foundation… with more challenges and hands-on experiences ahead.
