Week Four of the Professional Training Program – Fifth Edition
The fourth week had a practical and well-integrated character, as trainees progressed step by step through the software development journey, from idea to execution.
Software Development and Project Management Course
The week began with a session on project management delivered by Tasneem Al-Maghribi, during which the concept of project management in the job market was explained and practically linked to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), providing a comprehensive understanding of how requirements are transformed into a tangible product.
Deep Dive into UI & UX
Trainees then delved into the field of UI & UX with Engineer Noha Al-Sharkasi, where the discipline was covered from all angles—starting with understanding users, moving through color testing and user experience, and culminating in interface design.
During this phase, trainees began working on real ideas and transforming them into digital interfaces using Figma.
From Design to Execution – Web Development
Building on the prepared designs, trainees moved into the practical implementation phase of web development. They were introduced to WordPress with program graduate Alaa Al-Sagheer, connecting design to real-world application and putting concepts into practice.
A Fourth Week That Embodied the Complete Software Development Journey
Trainees continue to work on implementing their ideas following the design phase.
