The Libyan Technology Foundation extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to the General Scout and Guide Movement for the letter of commendation and praise, which reflects the depth of the national partnership and recognizes the professional and institutional role played by the Foundation in supporting digital transformation pathways and empowering organizations working with youth.

We take pride in the content of the correspondence, which commended the signing of the joint cooperation agreement and its objectives of developing technical infrastructure, building digital programs and platforms targeted at youth and leaders, and enhancing organizational efficiency, communication tools, and training mechanisms in line with the requirements of the digital age.

We also value the acknowledgment of the level of professionalism, systematic planning, and the provision of technical consultations tailored to the realities of scouting work, as well as awareness initiatives that contributed to raising technological awareness and fostering a culture of safe and effective use of technology among youth leaders.

This commendation serves as a strong incentive to continue joint efforts, strengthen purposeful national partnerships, and build a modern and sustainable digital environment that serves youth and supports scouting values in Libya.
