As part of our commitment to supporting digital transformation in Libya and empowering young talents in the fields of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Libyan Technology Foundation is proud to offer technical and advisory support to university and institute students in Libya for their graduation projects and related research.

Through this initiative, we aim to:

• Enable Libyan students to execute high-quality academic projects.
• Encourage research and development in technology and digital transformation fields.
• Bridge academic knowledge with practical and institutional realities.

Mechanism and Conditions for Receiving Support:

To ensure the intended benefits are achieved, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be a student at a Libyan university, institute, or academic institution.
• The applicant must be of Libyan nationality.
• The topic of the thesis or graduation project must be related to IT, communications, artificial intelligence, or digital transformation.
• An official letter must be submitted from the educational institution addressed to the Libyan Technology Foundation, clearly stating the request for support.
• Support is limited to technical consultations and publicly available information from the foundation; no sensitive data or client-specific information will be shared.
• No financial obligations shall be incurred by either party.
• The duration of collaboration must be predefined and should not exceed six (6) months.
• No intermediaries or representatives are allowed — all communication must be directly handled by the student.
