In a step that reflects the importance of constructive institutional dialogue, the Libyan Technology Foundation values the commendation issued by the Alliance of Telecommunications Companies’ Trade Unions for its role in fostering a culture of community dialogue and strengthening collective bargaining pathways within the telecommunications sector, which is considered one of the vital pillars of the national economy and digital transformation in Libya.

Over the past period, the Foundation has worked to provide professional and safe spaces for dialogue, bringing together various stakeholders, including management bodies, trade unions, experts, and institutions.
