Internship Program Trainees Visit Huawei Libya
As part of Libyan Technology Foundation’s efforts to support young people, develop their technical skills, and connect training with practical experience and labor market needs, trainees from the sixth edition of the Internship Program took part in a field visit to Huawei in Libya.
The visit gave trainees an opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the telecommunications sector, its related career paths, and some of the key projects and technologies used within the industry. They also explored the professional work environment and heard experiences and insights from within the sector.
Such experiences reflect LTF’s approach to providing learning opportunities that extend beyond theoretical training, giving young people greater exposure to potential career paths, broadening their understanding, and helping them prepare for entering the labor market.
The Libyan Technology Foundation extends its appreciation to the Huawei Libya team for their warm welcome, support for this learning experience, and for providing trainees with a valuable opportunity to explore the telecommunications sector first-hand.
