Legislative sessions
This morning 15-01-2023 at the Corinthia Hotel in the capital, Tripoli, a Panel Discussion was held for the purpose of discussing the executive regulations issued by the Council of Ministers, organized by the Libyan Organization for Information Technology and Telecommunication.
The attendees discussed the licensing regulations and the competition regulation and expressed their opinions and observations thereon, provided that these observations are revised in an explanatory memorandum addressed to the Communications and Informatics Regulatory Authority in the form of reservation points or recommendations, after being transferred to the organization’s legal advisor, for the purpose of the necessary legal review.
