The Developers Summit is a project of the Libyan Technology Foundation, an annual event that brings together Libyan developers from across the country to discuss a range of technical and non-technical topics of interest to them, and to share their expertise and experiences in the field of technology and life.

- Contribute to raising the quality of life of technicians: The summit seeks to improve the working conditions of Libyan developers and provide them with a suitable environment for creativity and innovation.
- Introducing programmers and developers to the labor market in Libya: The summit provides developers with information on job opportunities available in Libya, and helps them connect with potential employers.
- Helping developers transition from the academic environment to the job market: The summit provides newly graduated developers with the support and guidance needed to successfully enter the workforce.
