Chairman’s Message

” We write to you as we close a chapter of diligent work and open another filled with greater ambition. The Libyan Technology Foundation was born as an idea, and has since grown into a resilient system of action — defined by professional rigor, financial transparency, and governance that stands above individuals. We operate as a team of interlocking gears, working tirelessly day and night to create tangible public impact — through training and capacity building, supporting digital transformation policies, and ensuring compliance with national cybersecurity standards.

We are neither a political nor a commercial entity; we are a community-based center of expertise that bridges the gaps between the state, the private sector, academia, and civil society. We take pride in our national partnerships, in initiatives that transfer knowledge and foster sustainability, and in a clean record that proves success is built through discipline, not coincidence.

Our promise is to continue working with professional integrity — to be a model of transparency, a source of public trust, and a bridge leading Libya toward a secure and equitable digital transformation. Thank you to our team, partners, and supporters — with you we move forward, and for our nation we work, tirelessly and around the clock. May God guide us all toward what is best for our country.”
