Tech Fathers Ceremony
On the evening of May 17, the “Tech Fathers” event was held.
“Tech Fathers” was never just another recognition ceremony… it was a moment of awe before history, and an extraordinary national tribute that called upon the very beginnings to finally honor those who shaped them.
There gathered the pioneers, the leaders, and those who planted the very first seeds in a land that had not yet understood the meaning of “technology,” so that we could say to them, publicly and with gratitude:
You did not merely build networks and institutions… you engineered the consciousness of a nation, ignited the spark of the first generation, and opened Libya’s doors to the technological future when they were still firmly closed.
These are the people who wrote the first lines in silence, in a time when technology was not a luxury, but an uncertain venture. They faced limited resources and the isolation of early beginnings, laying the foundations of infrastructure without ever seeking the spotlight.
Thank you for the hearts that carried the vision, and the hands that carved the path. Thank you to everyone who founded, taught, and paved the way — leaving behind a legacy measured not in data and numbers, but in the pulse of generations that carried the torch forward.
