In the framework of enhancing institutional cooperation and supporting digital transformation paths in youth programs and initiatives, the Minister of Youth, Engineer Haitham Al-Zahhaf, held a meeting on April 28, 2026, with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Libyan Technology Foundation, Mr. Amin Saleh, and the Foundation’s team, and that was in the presence of the directors of the departments of programs, activities, projects, and youth initiatives at the Ministry.

The meeting dealt with the horizons of cooperation in technical fields related to youth, including the development of digital work systems, and the employment of artificial intelligence technologies in supporting youth programs, and enhancing technical awareness in the fields of internet governance and the safe and responsible use of technology.

It was also emphasized the importance of directing technology to serve youth, and enabling them to acquire the digital skills necessary for active participation in digital transformation paths, innovation, and technical entrepreneurship.

The Libyan Technology Foundation valued the support of the Ministry of Youth for its programs and initiatives directed at youth, confirming its commitment to continuing work with national institutions to enhance technical awareness, building capacities, and expanding opportunities for youth to benefit from modern technology tools in what serves digital development in Libya.
